Which University are these courses accredited through?

Credit is offered through CSU-Pueblo/Colorado State University-Pueblo. Educators Academy LLC works in partnership with Colorado State University - Pueblo, and all courses are graduate courses accredited by CSU-Pueblo.

 

Will this work in my State?

Our courses taken through Colorado State University-Pueblo are accredited nationwide. Educators from all 50 states can take our courses.

 

What about Transcripts?

Please allow 5-7 business days after you fill out the online registration form before receiving your PID# and information about logging on to your student account to view your transcripts.

 

When may I get my Transcripts?

Transcripts are issued once all course requirements are complete and graded. Please allow up to 14 days from submission of final coursework to grading. Please allow 2-3 business days after your grade is submitted to CSU-Pueblo for it to post on your transcript.

 

How do I get my transcripts?

After the grades are entered into the system by the instructor, you can check your grades through your PAWS account. You may also request an official transcript to be sent from your PAWS account. If taking more than one course, it is recommended to wait until all grade reports are received from CSU-PUEBLO before requesting transcripts. What is the cost of my Transcripts?

Paper and Electronic Official Transcripts are available for order: $10 for electronic,  $12 for paper. Electronic are available in approximately 48 hours, for paper copies please allow 7-10 business days for arrival.

What happens if I have a specific deadline to obtain my transcripts?

If you have a specific deadline, please communicate your necessary completion date to your instructor and SCT Continuing Education Services we will try to accommodate requests.

I need additional help or want more information about a course? 

Our instructors are available to help you and offer flexible deadlines for your assignments. You may contact them by email or through the DigitalChalk Web page which includes a link for live office hours. You can arrange an appointment with your Instructor at your convenience. You may also reach our staff by calling our office Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, or leave a message on our voicemail and someone will return your call the next business day.
